In a Seed Library, instead of checking out books, you check out seeds. While you can keep your garden and our Seed Library supply sustainable by replanting the next generation of seeds after harvesting your plants, there is no need to return anything to library. You can check out 2 seed packets per planting season, and do your part by planting them to make our community more beautiful and sustainable.
Each seed variety has its own unique Seed Card, stored next to the corresponding seeds in the Seed Library. The Seed Card offers information about the plant, including planting instructions, suggested planting season, and a picture of the grown crop. You can also check out these resources to learn more about growing your home garden from seeds.
