Thursday, Nov 15, 7pm – Mindfulness is the ability to be completely present, aware of what you’re doing while you are doing it, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around you. Come join us for an experiential evening of guided meditation. De stress for the holidays and learn some simple tools that when practiced regularly, can reduce stress, promote greater health, increase happiness and help improve self-awareness. There will be time at the end of the session for questions.
