Nancy Wind is a Health Coach and 200 hour yoga instructor. Over the last few years she has embarked on a seasonal plant based lifestyle, embracing her passion for seasonal cooking. Her interest in Ayurveda and living with the cycles of nature brings balance to her life and has become the prescription for her personal wellness. In 2015, Nancy founded PeaksandPoses Trail Yoga to combine her love for yoga and the outdoors. Spending time in nature truly soothes her soul and keeps her grounded into the rhythms of nature and she is excited to share her passion with others and to help them experience a life of connectivity, balance and flow.
