Rachel Borges hails from New Jersey and has been singing and writing songs as long as she can remember. She came to Boston to attend Berklee College of Music. With a degree in Professional Music, she started performing as a solo act and with several groups. Her guitarist, Michael Orifice, a native of Lexington, has been playing professionally since 1999. He plays in several bands and teaches private lessons. For the past six years, Rachel and Mike have been performing and recording together at senior homes, weddings, family parties, in basements, and anywhere else they can think of.
