Join Children’s Librarian Elise Katz for demonstrations on simple crafts to do with your children at home with materials you most likely already have around the house. Add improvisation, imagination, good humor, and you and your children will have fun together. Today’s theme is Make a Face, and is inspired by the art of artist/children’s book illustrator Hanoch Piven. All you need to start is cardboard, glue, and household items like cut up magazines, buttons and recycled plastic objects.
