Sunday, Nov 8, 2:oo pm – Don’t miss this Wayland Historical Society talk by Wayland’s own Jane Sciacca!

The woman in the jaunty hat is Marie Levitre, a shoe worker. During Jane’s presentation, you’ll learn about her as well as other Wayland women who registered to vote in 1920.

The presentation will include details from newspaper clippings of the day as well as information collected with the help of Town Clerk, Anna Ludwig, and the Wayland Historical Commission chair and GHH museum curator, Kay Gardner-Westcott.

Zoom info available here.
