Barbara Viens is the Director of Strategic Service Lines at Lowell General Hospital. She received her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree with a concentration in Healthcare Systems Leadership from Chamberlain University in 2018, and is credentialed by the ANCC as Nurse Executive, Advanced Certification (NEA-BC). Dr. Viens received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from UMass Lowell and her Masters of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing in Illinois. Barbara has close to 30 years of nursing experience, and is certified as an orthopedic nurse.
