Local author-illustrator Jarrett Lerner will give tweens the tools they need to become more confident and capable comics creators. Jarrett will demonstrate some drawing techniques, will talk about what makes comics work, and will give time for participants to create along with him. This workshop is appropriate for kids new to comics as well as for kids who are further along on their comics-making journey.
