Since 1990 the library has been training adults to become volunteer ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) tutors. We still have a list of learners who need our help.

Registration is now open!  Fall  2024 classes for new ESOL tutors are scheduled for five Wednesday evenings, 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM. Dates; 10/23, 10/30, 11/6, 11/13, and 11/20. Only the last session will be held in-person in the Raytheon Room at the Library. The rest of the sessions will be held on Zoom. Pre-registration is required.
