Since 1990 the library has been training adults to become volunteer ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) tutors. We still have a list of learners who need our help.

YOU CAN LEARN TO TEACH ENGLISH
- 5 classes, 3 hours each. Taught twice a year – spring and fall.
- No teaching experience or foreign language ability required.
- Work one-to-one with an adult who wants to improve their English.
- Meet virtually or in person.
- Use materials introduced in the training class.
