How did the Boston movement compare to the national movement in discussions of race? In what ways did African American women participate in the local suffrage movement, and how did their activism extend beyond women’s suffrage? Join National Parks of Boston’s Student Conservation Association Public Historian Katie Woods as we discover and elevate the voices of women who participated in the fight for equal rights for women and African Americans alike.
