As we embark on the creation of a new Five-Year Strategic Plan, we’d like to hear your ideas, aspirations, and vision for the Library’s future. Any Wayland resident is welcome, no registration required. Light refreshments will be available.
The forum is part of a larger process that will include focus group meetings with a wide variety of constituencies to find out how the Library can best serve the needs of the community. The Library will also conduct a Community Survey from May 13 – June15. Using this data, the Library will submit a Strategic Plan for FY2026 – FY2030 to Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners, the state agency that governs libraries, in October.
